Byron Bay is fast becoming the most popular tourist spot in Australia, and it's not just for the chance to spot Chris Hemsworth. Amazing beaches, coastline walks and nature combines in Byron with that Byron Vibe that can't be appreciated without seeing and experiencing it for yourself.
We'll first head to the scenic Lighthouse walk at the Eastern most point of Australia. Here we'll stand a good chance of spotting some whales, as July is in the peak of the whale watching season. From the lighthouse we'll head straight to lunch at classic Byron Bay restaurant Elixibir. In the afternoon you'll be free to laze on the beach or acquire some Byron fashion from local outlets, before meeting up for dinner at the famous Beach Hotel. We'll depart back to Brisbane around 6:30pm for the 2 and a bit hour drive.
